1.Scope
This policy covers Script Z at scriptz.net, a US-operated community publishing service. It describes processing; it is not consent to optional tracking. Contact the operator through the Contact page.
2.Information you provide
Accounts use an email address, username, authentication identifier, and login credentials. Supabase handles password authentication. A connected login provider may supply your email, provider identifier, name, and avatar according to the permissions you approve.
Optional profile details include a bio, avatar, banner, and social usernames. Content includes scripts, images, descriptions, tags, forum posts, comments, votes, follows, bookmarks, reports, appeals, and messages you choose to send. Do not submit passwords, session cookies, private keys, or someone else's private data.
3.Security and operational data
Script Z and its infrastructure providers process IP addresses, request times, browser or user-agent details, session records, delivery and error logs, and abuse-prevention signals to deliver pages, authenticate accounts, limit abuse, and investigate incidents. Session records can include approximate location inferred from network information, not precise GPS location.
Security processing is separate from optional usage analytics and does not stop when you decline analytics. Browsing does not require a public profile or social links.
4.Optional analytics and browser signals
Optional script impressions, opens, copies, forum views, and online activity counts are off unless you enable them in Cookie choices. When enabled, the service uses pseudonymous, IP-derived identifiers for deduplication and records content identifiers, event times, and broad discovery sources. Pseudonymous information is not necessarily anonymous.
New analytics events do not include search text. Creator dashboards show engagement summaries rather than your email or IP address. Global Privacy Control (GPC) or Do Not Track (DNT) signals disable these optional events, even if a previous choice allowed them. Withdrawing permission stops new events; it does not automatically erase existing records.
5.Public content
Your username, chosen profile details and links, published content, public interactions, and aggregate engagement may be visible to anyone and copied outside Script Z. Your email, private session information, reports, and moderation records are not intended for public display. Never publish information you need to keep private.
6.Providers, external media, and links
Supabase provides authentication, database, and storage; Vercel provides hosting; Cloudflare provides DNS, traffic protection, and configured email routing; Resend sends account emails. Forwarded support mail is processed by the operator's email provider, Google. These providers receive information needed for their services and may process it outside your state or country.
Cloudflare processes connection and request information to protect the site. Security challenges may appear before a page loads and on account forms, and may use security cookies. An external login provider is contacted when you choose its sign-in option. User-supplied images may load from external hosts, which can receive your IP address and request details. Social links, downloads, key systems, and sponsored destinations lead to independent services with their own practices. Script Z does not embed their social feeds or video players by default.
7.Cookies and storage
Login, security checks, requested appearance settings, draft or onboarding state, and your privacy choice use cookies or browser storage. See the Cookie Policy for purposes and controls. This version does not load Vercel Analytics or Speed Insights, Google Analytics, advertising-network trackers, or session-replay tools.
8.Uses and disclosures
Information is used to operate accounts and publishing features, deliver requested messages, handle reports and support, prevent abuse, enforce rules, maintain the service, and meet legal obligations. It may be disclosed to service providers, with your instructions, in public content, or as reasonably necessary for lawful process, safety, security, or resolving disputes.
Script Z does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Sponsored placements are not permission for advertisers to access private account records. There is no marketing-email subscription bundled into account creation.
9.Retention and security
Account and published content are retained while needed for the account or publication. Security logs, reports, support messages, and analytics have different operational purposes and may remain while needed for abuse prevention, disputes, legal requirements, or applicable provider retention. A legal hold can require longer retention. The service does not promise a single automatic deletion period for all records.
Deleting an account or content does not remove copies independently made by other people or immediately erase provider backups and logs. No online service can guarantee perfect security. Use a unique password and report suspected exposure privately.
10.Access, correction, and deletion
You can edit your profile and use account deletion in Settings. For access, a copy of your information, correction, deletion, or a privacy complaint, use Contact; you do not need to log in. We may verify control of the relevant account and apply legal exceptions. Do not send a password or government ID unless a specific lawful verification need is explained.
State privacy rights and appeal rights depend on your location and which laws apply to this service. If a request is denied, you may ask for a review by replying with "Privacy appeal." You will not lose access merely for making a privacy request. Browser choices apply to that browser; repeat them on other devices.
11.Children
Script Z does not permit accounts for children under 13. If you believe an under-13 child has supplied personal information, contact us without posting the child's information publicly. We will investigate and remove information or take other steps required by applicable law. This age restriction is not a claim that every children's-privacy obligation is inapplicable.
12.Changes and contact
Contact information and reporting options are on the Contact page. Updates carry a new effective date. Material changes require appropriate notice and, when required, a fresh choice before new processing starts. This notice does not waive mandatory privacy rights.
